The hoodie came with a hole in the arm, I told the company and was offered a 25% refund but was also told the hole must have been made by scissors when I opened it, which definitely didn’t happen. I sent through a picture of the plastic bag the hoodie came in to show it wasn’t cut or punctured but didn’t get a reply. I was also under the impression Jericho was as Australian company as they promote their products being Australian made, but maybe that’s only the beard oils as the hoodie came with a sticker showing it was made in Pakistan. I feel this should be made clearer so people can choose where they spend their money.
