Our original irder was lost in transit and Josh was on it. He sent us an express shipment and it arrived very quickly. Turns out the lost one has now been delivered too and I've offered to post that one back. Hubby is keen to try it as soon as he grows the beard back. (He unfortunately shaved before it arrived and I couldn't stop him hahahahaa) great service though. Cannot fault them. Products look great too.
