By shopping with Jericho Australia, you agree to the following terms:


Check Your Order

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, let us know within 3 days so we can sort it quickly.

For faulty or defective products, we’ll always assist within a reasonable period after delivery, as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Jericho Australia is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us and requires re-shipping, a flat $20 fee will apply. This fee covers both the return-to-sender charges incurred by us from Australia Post, as well as the cost of re-delivery. This also applies to parcels that remain uncollected at your local Post Office or collection point for an extended period and are subsequently returned to us by Australia Post.

If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, store credit will be issued minus the $20 fee, which covers the original shipping and return costs.


Order Dispatch Times

Please Note

Selecting Express Post at checkout does not fast-track your order's dispatch. Your order will be packed in the queue it was received.

The Express fee covers Australia Post's faster delivery service only.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 Business Days

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays).

Please allow extra time during sales, peak periods, long weekends etc


Shipping Timeframes

Within Australia

Express: 1–3 business days (location dependent)

Standard: 2–8 business days (location dependent)

Tracking is sent via email once your parcel is picked up.

Heads Up on Pre-Orders

When you order a pre-order item along with other products, your full order will be sent once the pre-order is ready to go.

Want your other items sooner? Just place a separate order and we’ll get those out straight away.

Please ensure a safe drop-off location-no signature required on delivery.

If there is no safe place, your package will likely be taken to your local post office.


International Orders (including USA)

Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local government.

By checking out, you acknowledge and accept that these fees are payable by you upon delivery. These costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid directly to government authorities or the courier upon arrival.

Please check your local import laws and duty rates before placing your order.

If you choose not to pay any required duties or taxes and your parcel is held, returned, or destroyed, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Orders returned to us due to refusal to pay customs charges will not qualify for a refund. In accordance with our Returns Policy, store credit (less shipping costs) will be issued if the order is received back.

As our products are personal-care and grooming items, we're unable to resell returned goods for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Jericho Australia, we work hard to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please read the following:

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our team promptly, provided the order has not already been packed.

All cancelled orders will incur a 6% cancellation fee.

This fee helps cover non-refundable costs we absorb when your order is placed, including:

Merchant and payment processing fees (charged to us at the time of your purchase, regardless of refund)

Admin, restocking and inventory management

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain fair and sustainable service for all our customers.

By placing an order with Jericho Australia, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Parcels

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the delivery address provided at checkout, Jericho Australia is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen parcels.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, customers must first check around the property, with household members, neighbours, reception/front office areas, or any safe place locations used by the carrier.

If a parcel is believed to have been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and reporting the matter to local police where appropriate.

Jericho Australia may assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible, however refunds or replacements will not be provided for parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier, including where delivery scans, GPS data, or delivery photographs confirm delivery to the address provided on the order.
