If you need to return an item, please read the info below and reach out to us at info@jerichoaustralia.com before sending anything back.
Received the wrong or faulty item?
No worries - if your item is incorrect or faulty, Jericho Australia will happily replace it once sufficient proof (photos, video or return- depending on circumstances) is provided.
Just shoot us an email and we’ll get it sorted.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? We may accept returns for store credit provided the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 30 days of your purchase

Items are unused, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Once approved and received, we'll issue store credit (excluding original shipping costs) to the email used for the order.
As our products are personal-care and grooming items, we're unable to resell returned goods for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: We cannot accept returns on brushes, combs or electrical, unless they are faulty.
How to Return an Item

Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return

Once approved, securely package your item to avoid damage during return
- Please ensure you include your full name and order number inside the return parcel so we can correctly identify and process your return upon arrival

Include a tracking number with your return, and send it to:

Notify us of the tracking number via email

Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued in 1-3 business days, if approved

If the return does not meet the conditions above, the items will be shipped back to you

Order Cancellation Policy
At Jericho Australia, we work hard to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please read the following:

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our team promptly.
Providing the order has not already been packed. -
All cancelled orders will incur an 6% cancellation fee.
This fee helps cover non-refundable costs we absorb when your order is placed, including:-
Merchant and payment processing fees (charged to us at the time of your purchase, regardless of refund)

Admin, Restocking and inventory management

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
