By purchasing from our store you agree to:
Make sure to check your parcel straight away upon receiving. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We can only replace incorrect items when we have been notified within 3 days of you receiving (confirmed via tracking number).
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once the items have been shipped, Jericho Australia take no responsibility for any incorrect / invalid addressed parcels.
If your parcel is returned to us and requires re-shipping, the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility.
When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch orders daily Monday-Friday (excluding QLD Public Holidays).
Please note- The Express Post option does not mean that your order will be dispatched as a priority over other orders that are ahead of yours.
The cost of Express Post goes directly to Australia Post for their own priority delivery service.
We typically dispatch orders next business day.
During extremely busy & sale periods- there may be slight delays.
What is the cost of shipping?
Free Express Shipping is provided by Jericho for all orders $120+ (Australia Wide).
For orders below $120, we have both standard and express shipping options available.

Where do you ship from/to?
We ship from our QLD warehouse in North Lakes, Brisbane, 4059.
We ship within Australia & worldwide
*Countries outside Australia/NZ have a flat rate delivery fee of $20 AUD
Please ensure a safe place for your delivery, no signature is required.
How long does shipping take?
Express Post - Typically 1-3 Business Days
Standard Post- Typically 1-10 Business Days (depending on location)

You will receive an email to notify you of your order confirmation.
Once your package has been picked up by Australia Post, you will receive another email which contains your tracking number.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes ! We offer a Click & Collect service from our Brisbane, North Lakes Warehouse.
Please select the Click & Collect option at the checkout.
Can I shop in store?
Yes ! in Brisbane we have our North Lakes warehouse/shopfront location -

Monday-Friday (8.00am-3.00pm) & Saturday (8.00am-1:00pm)

Do the products have a shelf life?
We recommend the shelf life of our products to be 6 months from receiving.
This is because we hand make our products using natural ingredients.
Do you test on animals?
No ! We only test on Beards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit card, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopfiy Pay
How much Beard Oil should I use?
Every man’s beard is different, so start with a small amount and you can always add more. A little oil goes a long. Start with a few drops , see how you feel and go from there. When using balms and butters, aim for the size of a 5 cent piece. Add more if desired.
Where do you get your products?
All of the ingredients that go into our Beard Care Products are sourced locally here in Australia. We aim to use the highest quality ingredients across all of our products.
