When will my order be shipped?

We dispatch orders daily Monday-Friday (excluding QLD Public Holidays)

Please note- The Express Post option does NOT mean that your order will be dispatched as a priority over other orders that are ahead of yours.
We hope you understand that the cost of Express Post goes directly to Australia Post for their own priority delivery service. 

We have both standard and express shipping options

Standard Shipping is $7.50

Express Shipping is $10.

Free Express Shipping is provided by Jericho Australia for all orders over $100 -Australia Wide. 

Once the items have been shipped Jericho Australia take no responsibility for any incorrectly/invalid addressed parcels. 

If your parcel is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility.

Within Australia & worldwide

Countries outside Australia have a flat rate delivery fee of $20 AUD

How long does shipping take? 

Express Post - Typically 1-3 Business Days

Standard Post- Typically 1-10 Business Days

You will receive an email to notify you of your order confirmation. You will also receive another email when your order is dispatched which contains your Australia Post tracking number. 

Can I pick up my order in store? 

We offer a Click & Collect option from our Brisbane, North Lakes Warehouse.
Select the Click & Collect option at the checkout.

Do you test on animals? 

No ! We only test on Beards.
100% cruelty free.  

Do the products have a shelf life?

We recommend the shelf life of our products to be 6 months.

How much Beard Oil should I use? 

Every man’s beard is different, so start with a small amount and you can always add more. A little oil goes a long. Start with a few drops , see how you feel and go from there. When using balms and butters, aim for the size of a 5 cent piece. Add more if desired.

Where do you get your products? 

All the ingredients that go into our Beard Care Products are sourced locally here in Australia. We aim to use the highest quality ingredients across all of our products.
