Ordered the beard trimmer received it an it didn't work notified the Jericho team got a response straight away from Josh sent me a new one received that in two days was very impressed with the new one and how fast they sent it out also received some beard oils for free and have recommended their products and services to many more of my bearded mates who have also received their products they are of the chain love the oils an balms best I've ever used Jericho all the way I say🤙🏽🤙🏽
