"They have an ox horn beard comb that people say is so popular, yet this is the 3rd time around I have gone to buy it and it's out of stock. My friend bought one somewhere else because they were out of stock. No use emailing them, don't seem to help in the end. Also a friend bought the small scissors for trimming and I liked them, so went to buy a pair for me and the pair I bought were rubbish and I emailed Jericho and told them that they had changed even the style of them, mine hade rounded edges and a trigger on 1 finger hole, Jericho just said no,that can't be. Well still have them and will put photos up later maybe. I liked this company when they had a kiosk at Chermside shops and bought other products that I liked, but so keen anymore, sorry to say, but that's my experience with Jericho, who knows, maybe one day they will get there ox horn comb back in stock and I might try one."
