Please note- The Express Post option does not mean that your order will be dispatched as a priority over others. The cost of Express Post goes directly to Australia Post for their priority delivery service.

Make sure to check your parcel straight away upon receiving. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will only replace incorrect items when we have been notified within 3 days of you receiving (confirmed via tracking number). 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once the items have been shipped, Jericho Australia take no responsibility for any incorrect / invalid addressed parcels.

If your parcel is returned to us and requires re-shipping, the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility.
